The next meeting of the East Area Committee is scheduled for 7pm April 14th. at  the Cherry Trees Centre, St Matthew’s Street.

The agenda will probably include: Safer Neighbourhoods (a member of our local police team will be available to answer your questions); Community Development and Leisure Grants; the new Localism Bill and Planning; discussion regarding proposals for the future of Cambridgeshire Library Services  (with Councillor Sir Peter Brown, Cabinet Member for Communities, and Christine May, Acting Head of Libraries); an update on progress with Environmental Improvement Programme schemes; and lastly consideration of planning applications.
