Handyperson services complete ‘odd jobs’ around the home – mainly for people aged 60 plus, but also for younger disabled people. Many of the jobs undertaken are too small for general contractors to want to carry out.

Cambridgeshire County Council, Cambridge City Council, the other four districts in the county, and the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), are working together to develop a countywide handyperson service.

If you are an older or disabled person, or a carer, or a health or social care professional or organisation, we would like your help in understanding what sort of service should be provided.
