I have received a timely reminder about this upcoming work from the County Council.

The work will affect Mill Road from Parker’s Piece to Madras Road.
The works are expected to begin on 20th October and last for two weeks.

There will be road closures:

• the first phase, from the City to the railway bridge, will take place from Monday 20th to Friday 24th October;
• the second phase, form the bridge to Madras Road from Monday 27th to Friday 31st October.

There will be diversions as road closures take effect and that there may be delays at times depending on the work being undertaken.
Traffic management personnel will be available to give direction.
